Specializing in kitchen designs, we can also design bathrooms, laundry rooms, pantries, bars, or any other room that requires cabinetry. We pride ourselves on the aesthetics and function of each space while keeping budget and timeline constraints in mind. Having a brand for most budgets allows us to cater the cabinetry to your budget and design needs.
Our years of industry experience bring many connections to builders and installers to assist in your project should you require it. If you are coming to us with your own builder we would be happy to work alongside them. Close collaboration among all stakeholders helps keep the project moving.
Design Consultation
We start with an in-home consultation, where we take measurements and get a true feel of your space. Then we discuss your wants and needs and your vision for your new space.
After in-home consultation at a later date we would meet at the Showroom to go over brand and design details. Utilizing the most up-to-date computerized kitchen and bath design programs, we will create 3D models and images of your new space. This will give you a virtual preview of your new and improved space.
When initial scope and details are formalized we will discuss brands, pricing and options. Once Initial selections are made we can generate a rough estimate to ensure we are in line with your budget.
When the design has been approved, and you have decided you would like to place your order a payment of 50% of invoice total (non-refundable) is due. If you are not yet ready to order but need a copy of the plans you can pay a Design deposit (non-Refundable) the price for this varies based on the scope of the job. This design deposit will be applied to your invoice total. (Design deposits older than 1 year can not be applied to invoice.)
Once this payment is made we would return to the house for a final measure and discuss any final changes.
Order would be placed based on the project schedule.
